All responses to Florey questionnaires sent out by the practice (such as for asthma, COPD, etc...), will come back to the Chain Inbox and be grouped under the associated Team for that condition (e.g. Asthma Team, COPD Team).

To find a Florey reply, click on the Inbox icon on your Chain toolbar and then click on the relevant Florey Team type on the left hand side. (The Florey Team may be under "My teams" or "Other Teams" - there's more on this below...)

Here is an example of what the workflow looks like for receiving a Florey questionnaire response for Asthma:

Pro-tip: since Florey questionnaires send out by all users at the practice are grouped into the same place in the Inbox, we recommend that you mark any responses as "Done" by clicking one of the "Done" buttons once they have been actioned. This will make sure that everyone at the practice knows exactly what still needs to be handled.

You will be automatically added to a particular condition's Florey Team, the first time you send a Florey to a patient for that condition.

For example, the first time you send a Asthma questionnaire, you'll automatically be added to the Asthma Team). This means the Team will appear under "My Teams" on the left pane of your Inbox.

Being part of a Team means that you will be notified every time a new response comes into the practice for that particular survey type.

You can "Join" or "Leave" a Team to change your Florey notification settings

If managing responses for a particular team is not part of your role, you can leave it by accessing your Inbox, clicking "My Teams" on the left hand side of the inbox, clicking the particular team name underneath and then the blue "Leave team" button. This means that you will no longer be notified anytime a patient replies to a questionnaire of that type.

If you would like to be manually added to a Team, you can also Join the team by accessing your Inbox, clicking on "Other Teams" on the left hand side of the inbox, clicking the particular team name underneath and then the blue "Join team" button.

Can I set up a custom team or create my own my teams?

This isn't something we support right now but we will look at building this in the future.

How do I add staff or remove staff from a team?

Each user can individually control which Florey team they are part of themselves by using the "Join Team" or "Leave Team" buttons in the Inbox. This means each individual user can control how they get notifications about different Florey responses using their own toolbar. We don't currently support the ability to add/remove other users from teams. Learn more about notifications here...

How can I see what teams everyone at my practice are part of?

Right now, there isn't a way that you can get an overall view of what teams each user is part of at the practice. However, we will look at building this in the future.
