Many users have asked us if they can attach a document to a template that they've created (you can find instructions here on how to create your own message templates for personal or practice use). While you can't attach a file from your computer to templates, we recommend you try the following Accurx hack to attach documents.
Adding a document to a template
If you would like to attach a practice leaflet or another document to a template, an easy way to do this is to add the document to a shared drive (online file storage), which will help you create a unique shareable link.
The following are 3 popular shared drive options:
OneDrive (if you use Outlook for your NHS mail, likely you already have a OneDrive account)

All documents uploaded to a shared drive have a unique link. You can copy the link and paste it into your personal and/ or practice template. Please see below an example:
