In accuRx Web, before you select the Video Consultation feature, we run some checks to make sure your device and network are able to make video calls.

If your network (internet connection) does not currently support making video calls we will display an error message like this:

"Your network firewall appears to be blocking our connections"

To resolve this issue, contact your IT Team. We recommend sending them a message like this.

"I'm using accuRx Web to have video consultations with my patients. accuRx Web is an NHS approved video consultation system. When I use accuRx Web, I get the following error 'Your network firewall appears to be blocking our connections', which is described in this accuRx support article."
