For accuRx Desktop (EMIS Web/SystmOne users)

Patients can't reply to normal messages, but you choose when you want them to reply to messages.

You can do this by ticking the "Allow patient to respond once (with text or photo)" as shown 👇

You can also add this to your template messages, to make this appear every time you send a template message.

What about if I'm using accuRx Web?

For our stand alone web-based product, patient's can't currently reply to texts.
