If you are missing the message bubble icon on your toolbar please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are logged in
- Restart EMIS from task manager:
-Go to your Task Manager (Control+Alt+Delete)
-Select Task Manager
-Click on 'Processes'
-Select any visible EMIS processes
-Right click and click 'End Process' or 'End Task'
- If these steps don't work please restart your PC
The most common cause of this issue is a crashed EMIS process on your computer, which the above steps should address.
