If you are having problems opening any of the following pages:

  • Delivery receipts
  • Team usage
  • Practice users
  • Manage templates
  • Your account (i.e. where you change your name or signature)
  • Installed computers
  • Practice Sender ID

it is likely because you are using an old version of Internet Explorer. These pages will only open with recent versions of Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. 

To resolve this please use Google Chrome where possible. If Chrome is not your default browser you can just copy the address URL in the address bar and paste it into the address bar in Chrome e.g.:
