How to download a patient list CSV from ProScript PMR

This guide is intended for community pharmacists who use ProScript PMR. With patient list CSVs, you can create patient lists in Accurx or send batch messages to a group of patients.

1. In ProScript, navigate to the top left corner and open ProScript Connect drop-down menu

2. Navigate to the Reports section—> Select “Patient/Drug Use”

3. Select your desired criteria for your patient list such as:

  • Date Range

  • Patient demographics

  • Prescribed Drug

4. On the right-hand side, choose the information you’d like displayed on the CSV file.

For Accurx you must select:

  • Patient Name

  • Date of birth

  • NHS Number

5. Select “Output to Excel File” in the bottom right corner.

6. Click “F10 - Run Report”

7. Once the report is ready, open the file and re-save it as a CSV file.

On a Windows device: File —> Save As —> Save as type: CSV (Comma delimited) —> Save

On a Mac: File —> Export to —> CSV —> Save

You should then be able to use this patient list to upload into Accurx's Batch messaging.
