This link takes you to the signup page to get started. It only takes 2 minutes to sign up with your NHS email address using single sign-on, so you don’t need to remember another password πŸŽ‰

✏️ Sending questionnaires with Accurx

Accurx allows you to send questionnaires to collect structured data, helping you screen and monitor patients remotely.

Questionnaires work by allowing you to send a patient a text which contains a unique link to a pre-made questionnaire. The patient can then fill it out on their phone (or any compatible device with the internet) the response then comes back to you in the Accurx inbox.

πŸ“΄ How to send questionnaires

1. Login with your personal NHS email address. You can use this link here.

2. Ensure you are in the right organisation; the name of your pharmacy, not NHS Pharmacy

3. Search for the patient in the top left-hand corner

4. Click message patient

5. Then search for the questionnaire in mind

6. Select your questionnaire

7. Confirm and send the questionnaire to patient
