Why have I received this notification email?
Accurx Web allows healthcare teams to send patients a link to a form so they can easily get in touch when needed. You have received this message because a patient has messaged your organisation using a Patient Triage form.
Who has received this notification email?
All users in your Accurx Web workspace who have notifications enabled for the Patient Triage folder will receive notifications for new patient messages.
What do I need to do?
Log in to Accurx Web here 👉 https://web.accurx.com/login or click on the link in the notification email. Then review the new Patient Triage requests and respond as appropriate. For example, message the patient, invite them to a video call, request their GP record or call them.
It’s important that all new patient messages are reviewed within the timeframe that your organisation has agreed with its patients (e.g. within 2 working days) to avoid delays in patient care.
Why am I not receiving email notifications?
