What is the Clinic List?
The Clinic List in Accurx Web allows you to view your upcoming appointments for the next two weeks. From here, you can select a patient and start scribing a consultation directly without leaving Accurx.
π How to access your Clinic List
1οΈβ£ Log in to https://web.accurx.com using your NHS email address or via Single Sign-On (SSO) - the same login you use to access Outlook or your trust systems.
2οΈβ£ Click 'Patient Lists' at the top of the screen.
3οΈβ£ You'll see all clinic lists for your upcoming clinics over the next two weeks.
π How to filter your Clinic List
You can narrow down your clinics using the filters at the top of the page. You can filter by:
Clinic Code
Clinician Name
Location
Date
You can apply as many filters as needed to locate the correct clinic π
π How to view patients in a clinic
Once you've found the right clinic, click 'View patients'.
You'll then see all the patients booked into that clinic, along with their appointment times.
π How to start scribing a consultation
1οΈβ£ Click 'Scribe consultation' next to the patient you'd like to scribe.
2οΈβ£ Before you start, check that the correct patient details are showing. Click the three-dot menu (β―) to validate the patient details.
3οΈβ£ Click 'Encounter settings' at the bottom of the page to confirm you have the right:
Template selected (e.g. Hospital OPD Review)
Microphone selected
4οΈβ£ When you're ready, click 'Start' to begin recording.
π‘ You can pause and resume the recording at any point during the consultation.
π How to add additional context
If you'd like to include context from a previous appointment - or any other relevant information - use the 'Add additional text' field.
β
This is particularly useful for follow-up appointments where you want to carry over details from a previous consultation.
β
Once you've added the context, it will be saved alongside your recording.
β
π How to generate your clinical note
When the consultation is complete, click 'Finish and create note'.
Accurx Scribe will generate a clinical note - a structured summary of the consultation or dictation you've provided.
β
β οΈ It is essential that you review your clinical note straight after the appointment, once the patient has left. Check that no key information is missing and that nothing has been added incorrectly.
β
π How to edit your clinical note
You can edit the note in two ways:
Type directly into the relevant field
Use the 'Adjust' button to make changes using natural language
Using the Adjust button
Click the 'Adjust' button at the top of the note and describe the change you'd like to make, then click the blue button to apply.
Scribe will automatically update the relevant section and highlight the change in blue.
Using field-level Adjust
You can also click 'Adjust' within an individual field to make changes to that specific section only.
