Patient & Professional tags
When sending out a healthcare professional email, it will appear in your inbox tagged as "Professional". This indicates a professional was contacted regarding a patient rather than communicating with the patient directly. Patient conversations will be tagged as "Patient".

Types of inbound you could receive in Care Connections are:
Message GP messages via Accurx Web: Unsolicited requests from other Accurx users at other orgs requesting or relaying information to your GP practice. These requests will always come in as matched.
Matched Message GP inbound can be turned off by the Support team.
Unprompted emailing to your practice's Accurx email: When your Accurx email is contacted directly without making first contact. This usually comes in as an unmatched patient.
Unmatched, unprompted emailing can't be switched off; we advise replying directly to request that the sender stop using the email address.
