UHL is migrating their staff from @uhl-tr.nhs.uk to @nhs.net email domain. The migration will occur over the weekend of 2nd-3rd August 2025. New inbound messages will be blocked from reaching uhl-tr.nhs.uk, these will be automatically redirected to nhs.net.

Accurx will be helping users with the migration from the @uhl-tr.nhs.uk to @nhs.net email domain. We want to make sure your Accurx account data migrates to your new nhs.net account.

If you currently log in with a uhl-tr.nhs.uk email address

The easiest way to do so is to continue accessing Accurx with this URL πŸ‘‰ https://web.accurx.com/login/uhl

If you use your new nhs.net email address to log in to this page, you will be blocked and redirected. This is a deliberate measure to prevent you from creating a new, separate account that is not linked to your existing Accurx account. You will see the following error message πŸ‘‡

If you currently log in with an nhs.net email address

You do not need to do anything differently, and there will be no changes to how you log in to use Accurx.

What if I have already created another Accurx account using my nhs.net email address?

We are sorry, but we will not be able to connect duplicate accounts created during this time.

If you have mistakenly created another Accurx account using your nhs.net email address and sent messages from that account, we suggest you log into your duplicate Accurx account and search for your name in your Colleagues tab in the Inbox to access any messages you have sent from that account πŸ‘‡

Alternatively, please log back in using (uhl-tr.nhs.uk) so you can copy all necessary templates over to your new account

Note: We are working on a solution so you can log in using your nhs.net email, and we will let you know when your accounts are ready to go! πŸ‘€

If you still have any questions or concerns, feel free to chat with us using the green message bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of this page. πŸ‘‰
