UHL is migrating their staff from @uhl-tr.nhs.uk to @nhs.net email domain. New inbound messages will be blocked from reaching @uhl-tr.nhs.uk; these will be automatically redirected to @nhs.net.
Accurx will be helping users with the migration from the @uhl-tr.nhs.uk to @nhs.net email domain. We want to make sure your Accurx account data migrates to your new @nhs.net account.
This migration has been completed on Accurx's end as of 13/08/2025.
On 29/08/2025, the @uhl-tr.nhs.uk will be deactivated, so you will no longer be able to log in with this account.
How to log in using your nhs.net email address?
As of 13/08/2025, we've migrated your Accurx accounts from the @uhl-tr.nhs.uk emails to @nhs.net emails.
To access Accurx Web, please log in using your @nhs.net credentials via https://web.accurx.com/.
For the best experience, please use Google Chrome.
You will no longer need to log in via https://web.accurx.com/login/uhl. If you try to log in via this page, you will see the following error message π
If you previously logged in with an @nhs.net email address
You do not need to do anything differently, and there will be no changes to how you log in to use Accurx.
What if I have already created another Accurx account using my @nhs.net email address before the migration?
We are sorry, but we will not be able to connect duplicate accounts created during this time.
We will be deactivating their nhs.uk accounts from 26 Aug.
β
Once the account is archived, you will no longer be able to log into the account and view past conversations. Instead, you can go to the patient's profile, and you will be able to view all the past conversations. π
If you have mistakenly created another Accurx account using your @nhs.net email address before the migration and sent messages from that account, we suggest you log into your duplicate Accurx account and search for your name in your 'Colleagues' tab in the Inbox to access any messages you have sent from that account π
You can assign these messages to yourself (your nhs.net account). Please be sure to do this before your @uhl-tr.nhs.uk is deactivated on 26 Aug.
If you still have any questions or concerns, feel free to chat with us using the green message bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of this page. π
