The message patient feature on the Accurx app allows clinicians to quickly and easily send messages to patients directly from the app. It’s a straightforward process designed to make patient communication more efficient!
To send a message 👇
To send a message to a patient, click Message Patient
Enter the patient's NHS number to search for the patient or select advanced search to enter the patient's name, post code, gender and date of birth. The details you enter will be pulled from the Personal Demographics Service
3. You can then compose your message in the text box. If you want to give the patient the option to reply (with text or photos), tick the Allow reply box. Hit Send, and your message is on its way! 🚀
4. Once you've hit send, you'll see the message that you have sent to the patient
